Kaylee Jensen, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Sometimes, life can catch us off-guard. When this happens, we can be left feeling anxious or down, fragile, and unsure how to navigate our emotions. Finding a therapist when you’re at this point can feel overwhelming, but can be a helpful tool in discovering ways to get through it.

I work to nurture a safe relationship where we look at your individual needs and find ways to build upon the skills you already have.

Throughout the therapeutic process, I strive to instil a sense of capability, where you feel confident you can handle the challenges you’re currently facing and any that may come your way.
