Life can be overwhelming at times. We might feel disconnected from ourselves, from others, and from the world around us. We may feel lost, stuck in old patterns, and struggle to take the first step toward progress. We can find our relationships, career, and life feeling stagnant. Or maybe we have been hindered by a major life change that we can’t seem to overcome or adjust to.
Therapy will be a collaborative process to develop skills necessary for movement toward change, progress, and growth. It will create a sense of self-efficacy in handling life’s many challenges, big or small. You will feel empowered to take on the obstacles hindering you from reaching your full potential and living as your most authentic self.
As your psychologist, it is my role to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore this journey of life, provide support, and lend a different perspective. I am here to assist you in navigating the course toward self-discovery, growth, and healing.
