J.D. Dragna, Psy.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

At times, life may leave us feeling rejected, less than, or stuck. In these times, we may find it increasingly difficult to navigate our thoughts or endure our feelings. Sometimes, we may even begin to lose our sense of self.

My approach is to hear your unique life story, explore where you are feeling stuck and why, while maintaining a special focus on bringing unconscious material into your conscious awareness.

I will work with you in fostering a warm and supportive therapeutic-relationship because I believe we can then create a meaningful connection which will allow you to gain more insight and a better understanding of your true self.
