Our fees for licensed psychologists begin at the hourly rate set by the California Psychological Association. Doctoral clinicians are individuals training to become psychologists but are not fully licensed. By Board of Psychology (BOP) standards, doctoral candidates are supervised by a licensed psychologist. If you work with a doctoral candidate, this means your treatment will be regularly discussed and monitored by the supervising psychologist.
No Show, Cancellation, & Late Policy
Treatment sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged. Failure to give adequate notice or not showing up will result in being charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be given on a case-by-case basis for serious medical emergencies. If you need to reschedule, you can do so by calling or emailing to Center 4 Growth administrative team or logging into your Jane profile.
It is very important to arrive for your session on time. If you arrive late for your schedule appointment, the session will end at the original scheuled end time.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask C4G Psychotherapy, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
