Hi, my name is Sunita. I’m so pleased to welcome you to Center 4 Growth Psychotherapy, a practice committed to providing supportive mental health services across California.

Most people struggle with something – it could be anxiety, depression, low-self esteem—but these problems aren’t unique. What is unique are the situations, relationships and experiences that people go through, to end up where they are today.

Through my own experiences of trauma and loss came the Center 4 Growth. My mission is to provide all people who are struggling with the tools and support needed to rise up from hardship, to understand their worth, find greater meaning and live better lives. At Center 4 Growth Psychotherapy we believe there is only one you—and you matter! It is our job to help you understand your needs, reconnect with your self and help you heal the emotional pain that’s keeping you from living the life you want.
